Instructions

1.Sensor handling

During installation, hold the main body of the probe by hand, insert the probe into the sensor connection sleeve on the bottom of the instrument, and push gently to the end. When disassembling, gently pull out the sensor body part of the sensor or the root of the protective sleeve by hand.

Note: 1) The stylus of the sensor is the key part of the instrument, which should be given high priority.

          2) In the process of loading and unloading the sensor, special care should be taken not to touch the stylus to avoid damage and affect the measurement.

2.Preparation before measurement

Boot check battery voltage is normal;

Wipe the workpiece surface to be measured;

The instrument correctly, smoothly and reliably placed on the workpiece surface to be measured;

The glide path of the sensor must be perpendicular to the machined texture direction of the workpiece surface under test.

After pressing the key for about 2 seconds, the instrument will turn on automatically. After powering on, the instrument model, name and manufacturer information will be displayed, and then enter the main display of the basic measurement status.

3.Check the stylus position

First, use the stylus position to determine the position of the sensor. Try to make the stylus in the middle of the measurement.
