2 Lithium batteries have self-discharge problems. In order to protect the flaw detector and the battery, at least once every month, power on for one to two hours, and charge the battery to prevent the components inside the instrument from being affected by moisture and battery loss and affect the service life.

3 If the battery is over discharged and it cannot be charged normally (the battery is dead and the charging indicator is off), you can unplug the power adapter of the flaw detector after two minutes and then plug it in to continue charging. Repeat this operation for several times to make the battery Charging returned to normal.

4 Ultrasonic Flaw Detector battery is a consumable item. Although it can be charged and discharged hundreds of times, it will eventually fail. When you notice that the battery operating time has shortened significantly and you cannot meet the performance requirements, replace the battery with a new one.

5 Battery storage environment and charging place should avoid high temperature and humidity, and require cleanliness, must not have oil, corrosive liquid, etc., in particular, do not contact the battery positive and negative parts and metal objects.

6 Ultrasonic Flaw Detector Lithium batteries are made up of multiple units combined with special protection circuits and devices inside. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble or modify the batteries without authorization. It is forbidden to squeeze the battery and it is forbidden to short-circuit the battery. Otherwise it may cause serious consequences.

7 During the transportation and use of the battery, care should be taken to prevent excessive battery shocks and to prevent the battery from dropping, impacting, puncturing, flooding, and rain.

8 If any abnormality such as overheating occurs during the charging process, cut off the power immediately and contact your local dealer.
